United Kingdom Only Domestic Shipping

Expert Microwave & Appliance Repair operates exclusively within the United Kingdom. We focus entirely on domestic fulfillment and do not offer international shipping or accept checkouts for delivery addresses outside the UK. All orders are securely packaged and dispatched directly from our Birmingham workshop to ensure your refurbished appliances arrive safely and promptly at your doorstep.

Transparent Shipping Tiers and Weight Rules

We offer flat, transparent shipping costs based entirely on the weight of your order, with absolutely no hidden tax liabilities or VAT added at the checkout. For all orders with a basket total over £99, standard shipping is completely free. For orders under £99, our rates are split into two clear tiers: lightweight items under 3kg (such as kettles, toasters, blenders, and irons) carry a £3 delivery charge, while heavy appliances under 25kg (such as domestic and commercial microwaves or mini-ovens) carry a £10 delivery charge.

Courier Partners and Delivery Tracking

To maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction, all shipments are handled by trusted, high-quality UK courier networks. Your delivery will be fulfilled through either Royal Mail, DPD, EVRI, or Parcel Force depending on the size and weight of the appliance. Once your item has been fully tested by a certified technician and securely packed for dispatch, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor your shipment's progress directly to your delivery address.
